'High School Musical' Snubbed By Kids Choice Awards

BuddyTV | by Forget the fact that over 17 million people tuned in to the premiere of Disney's High School Musical 2 last August.  Forget the fact that, at the time, High School Musical 2 was the highest rated basic cable event in history.  The second installment may have brought in 10 million more viewers than its predecessor but awards season certainly isn't showing them more love.  Yes, HSM2 won a Teen Choice Award last year but the first High School Musical won two Emmys, a Television Critics Award and an Image Award.  The nominations came out for Nickelodeon's Kid Choice Awards this week and it seems even HSM's own fans aren't pulling for them to grab another award.  | Thu, Feb 7
