Viacom might pull 19 stations off Time Warner Cable at midnight
Viacom is in a pissing war over pricing with Time Warner, and if an agreement isn't reached before the ball drops at midnight; 19 channels may be yanked off the air including MTV, Vh-1, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network and other might go black on your set.

Did gay news anchor John Norris get fired in Viacom lay offs?
Rumor has it MTV's openly gay new anchor, John Norris, has fallen victim to the many job cuts at Viacom today. On Thursday, Viacom laid off 850 employees. That's nearly 7 percent. In addition to MTV, Viacom owns BET Networks, Paramount Pictures, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon, VH1, and Noggin.
